The terms that apply when you browse, create an account or place an order with Sarah Tareen.

These terms apply to your use of the Sarah Tareen website and any order placed through it. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for giving accurate contact, delivery and payment information and for keeping account credentials secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
We take care to present garments, fabrics, colours and embellishments accurately. Colours can vary by screen and lighting. Handmade embroidery and finishing naturally produce small variations, making each piece individual. Measurements and descriptions are guides unless a custom specification is confirmed in writing.
Prices are shown according to the selected or detected market and currency. Product pricing, conversion rates, delivery charges and applicable taxes or duties can differ by destination. Import duty, tariff, customs clearance and similar destination charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we begin fulfilment or production. We may contact you, decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restriction or inability to meet a custom request. If we cancel after collecting payment, the collected amount will be returned through the appropriate method.
Made-to-order garments require the production time stated on the product page or confirmed with your order. Once production begins, an order cannot be changed or cancelled unless we agree in writing. You are responsible for checking chosen sizes and supplied measurements. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy before ordering.
Available payment methods appear at checkout and may include PayFast and approved offline methods. Payment authorisation and processing are handled by the relevant provider. We may pause fulfilment while a payment is reviewed or remains incomplete.
Production and delivery estimates are given in good faith but can be affected by customs, couriers, weather, holidays and events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for current destinations, rates and weight rules.
The Sarah Tareen name, logo, garment designs, photographs, text, graphics and website content belong to Sarah Tareen or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, used commercially or presented as another brand’s work without written permission.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or checkout, introduce harmful code, scrape content at scale, submit false information, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order applies to that order.
