Delivery is Rs 300 across Pakistan, including Karachi. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is Rs 20,000 or more after discounts.
Delivery to the USA and Canada is charged at Rs 9,000 per chargeable kilogram. International customers see the shipping amount in USD using the store’s current PKR-to-USD commercial rate. Any international product-pricing adjustment is not applied to shipping.
We combine the recorded weight of every garment in the order, apply a minimum charge of 1 kg, and round the total up to the next whole kilogram. A parcel weighing 0.85 kg or 1 kg is charged as 1 kg. A parcel above 1 kg and up to 2 kg is charged as 2 kg. Multi-product orders are charged using their combined garment weight.
For current shipping calculations, Summer Sanctuary cotton pieces are recorded at approximately 1 kg each and Adda work pieces at approximately 2 kg each.
Packaging is covered within the whole-kilogram rounding, so there is no separate packaging fee. Import duty, tariff, tax, customs clearance, brokerage or similar destination charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer. USA tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.
Online shipping is currently enabled only for Pakistan, the USA and Canada. Please contact us before ordering from another country so we can confirm availability and delivery charges.
Production or made-to-order timelines shown on the product page apply before dispatch. Once an order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; customs, public holidays, weather and courier conditions can cause delays.
