Made-to-Order Policy
All our garments in Ishq e Khas are made to order, which means we begin production only after your purchase is confirmed. Due to this, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the rare case that:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or size from what you ordered
To request an exchange:

- Include your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the issue
- Wait for our team to review and confirm your eligibility
Important Notes
- Custom orders (including custom sizing or design modifications) are non-exchangeable
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our end
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We work closely with our artisans to ensure that every piece is made with care. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish are part of the hand-crafted charm and not considered defects.
