Shipping policy
At Sarah Tareen Official, we begin creating your outfit once your order is confirmed. This made-to-order model allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality but it also means shipping takes a bit longer than fast fashion.
Production Timeline
- Domestic Orders (within Pakistan): For Ishq e Khas which is our hand embroidered collection, Please allow 7 to 8 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.
- International Orders: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.
This timeline may vary slightly based on your order details, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- For international customers, customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Partners
We use reliable courier services for both domestic and international deliveries, including TCS, Leopards, DHL, and FedEx, depending on location and service availability.

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, there may be unexpected delays due to:
